NEQXUS has officially completed its move to a historic townhouse in Moers near Düsseldorf!
Over the last few weeks we have been packing, carrying, setting up etc., accompanied by great joy at now having 200 m² of office space in the middle of the beautiful old town of Moers, only 20 minutes by car from Düsseldorf International Airport.
We are delighted to give you a preview and are full of hope that we will soon be able to welcome as many of our customers and suppliers as possible to Moers.
Thanks to the support of many helpers, the move went smoothly. From moving out of the office in Friedrichstraße to setting up our new office just 150 meters away on the Altmarkt, it was a time full of teamwork, commitment and challenges to set up our new, modern workplaces in one of the oldest town houses in Moers, the birthplace of Gerhard Tersteegen (1697-1769).
Our tried and tested warehouse for express deliveries of oil-water separators, compressed air filters, condensate drains and smaller compressed air dryers will remain at the old location on Friedrichstrasse.
A big thank you to everyone who has made this transition possible - we are ready for this exciting next chapter! and can't wait to continue delivering state-of-the-art compressed air treatment solutions from Moers to the world.

The market is obviously very satisfied with the quality of our products and the direct and uncomplicated handling of day-to-day business. Thus, we were able to win the goodwill and recognition of many partners beyond the country's borders.

This is how successful a trusting cooperation can be. After years of cooperation, the original equipment manufacturer trusts the expertise and know-how of our local compressor partner and signs a long-term contract for the Europe-wide supply of compressed air stations.
After many years of cooperation with our CEO Mr. Rolf Tappen and already many very successful shared projects, NEQXUS Air Treatment is of course the supplier of choice for the treatment supply chain consisting of compressed air pre- and after filter, refrigeration compressed air dryer and oil-water separators.
The greatest possible ecological compatibility was taken into account when selecting the components. It goes without saying that NEQXUS refrigeration compressed air dryers operate with the climate-friendly refrigerant R 513a. The oil-water separators used are also convincing, not only because of the use of innovative filter media. The patented medium, which is completely sustainable and made from recycled glass, offers a number of advantages over conventional media.
A 0-series of the complete system was extensively tested and accepted by the original equipment manufacturer, whereupon NEQXUS received the order through our compressor partner.

Brauche ich wirklich einen Wasserabscheider?
Unsere Wasserabscheider/Zyklone garantieren die fast vollständige Abscheidung von Wassertröpfchen und schweren Schmutzpartikeln direkt nach dem Kompressor.
Nach Verlassen des Kompressors enthält die komprimierte Luft Wasser in Form von Dampf sowie Wasserkondensattröpfchen. Diese Wassertröpfchen entstehen während des Kompressionsprozesses durch die mit der Volumenreduzierung einhergehende Reduzierung der Speicherkapazität der Luft.
Nun tritt die feuchte Luft in den Zyklon ein. Der Neqxus-ZYKLON ist ein Zentrifugalabscheider, in dem schwere Schmutzpartikel und Wassertröpfchen aufgrund ihrer Masse durch die Zentrifugalkraft an die Außenränder gedrückt werden.
